Abstract

Elemen kreativiti merupakan asas penting dan saling berkait dengan inovasi sesuatu produk khususnya dalam konteks keusahawanan dan perniagaan. Hal ini juga disebutkan oleh ramai sarjana Islam dan Barat dalam pembinaan tamadun yang cemerlang. Justeru itu, kertas kerja ini membincangkan kepentingan kreativiti dan inovasi dalam penciptaan fesyen busana Muslimah dalam kalangan usahawan wanita Melayu dalam kelompok kelas menengah di Selangor. Selain itu, kajian ini turut menganalisis elemen kreativiti dan kepatuhan Shariah dalam melakukan inovasi terhadap fesyen busana Muslimah dalam kalangan usahawan wanita Melayu Selangor. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik temubual atau sejarah lisan secara persampelan bertujuan. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan persampelan berkriteria dan seramai sepuluh (10) orang informan yang terdiri daripada pengusaha wanita Melayu kelas menengah yang terlibat dalam industri fesyen hijab dan busana Muslimah di Selangor. Data daripada transkripsi temubual dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan analisis kandungan dan tematik. Selain itu, kaedah pemerhatian turut digunakan bagi mengukuhkan data kajian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan kepentingan elemen kretiviti dan inovasi dalam penghasilan produk busana Muslimah yang bercirikan Islam. Elemen kepatuhan Shariah sentiasa dititikberatkan selari dengan prinsip Shariah dalam mereka bentuk fesyen Muslimah bersesuaian dengan kehendak pelanggan. Hasil kajian dapat menjadi satu motivasi kepada pengusaha produk Islam bagi menunjukkan bahawa aspek kepatuhan Shariah dan kreativiti sangat penting dalam pembinaan budaya inovasi dan penentuan keboleh pasaran hasil produk dalam perniagaan dan keusahawanan.
