Abstract

Kajian pembelajaran adalah salah satu daripada alat (tools) yang digunakan dalam pendekatan Komuniti Pembelajaran Profesional (PLC) sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan nilai profesionalisme keguruan serta pembelajaran murid. Namun terdapat banyak cabaran yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam pelaksanaan kajian pembelajaran bagi memastikan nilai kemenjadian pelajar. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti isu-isu yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru dalam pelaksanaan kajian pembelajaran serta menyiasat perbezaan dapatan kajian tentang cabaran yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru dalam pelaksanaan kajian pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pengkalan data Scopus serta carta alir PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Sembilan buah kajian didapati membincangkan tentang cabaran guru dalam kajian pembelajaran.Terdapat beberapa cabaran besar yang dibahagikan kepada faktor sekolah (kekangan masa, bebanan kerja guru, dan sokongan daripada pentadbiran sekolah) dan faktor guru (pendekatan pengajaran, pengetahuan guru, kerjasama dalam berkolaboratif, serta estim kendiri). Sorotan kajian ini menyerlahkan jurang kajian yang boleh dilakukan pada masa akan datang mengenai cabaran-cabaran yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru dalam kajian pembelajaran supaya penambahbaikan dapat dilakukan secara keseluruhan. Implikasi kajian ini diharapkan dapat membekalkan sumber rujukan kepada Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia, Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah, Bahagian Pendidikan Guru, serta semua pihak dalam pendidikan di Malaysia untuk penambahbaikan yang berterusan.
